How to Order from DROPIN
At DROPIN, we believe in providing a personalized, high-quality experience for each customer. As all of our products are made to order and produced in limited quantities, following these steps will ensure you get the perfect piece that reflects your style and passion.
Step 1: Browse Our Collection
Explore our exclusive, limited-edition products. Each piece is carefully designed and crafted to embody the spirit of extreme sports, creativity, and freedom. Remember, our items are produced in limited quantities, so once they're gone, they’re gone!
Step 2: Choose Your Product
Once you’ve found the item that speaks to you, click on it to view details, available sizes, and additional product information. Since each product is made to order, please carefully review all available size guides and product specs to ensure the best fit.
Step 3: Select Your Size
Because our items are made specifically for you, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Make sure to refer to our Size Guide on the product page to confirm the correct size before placing your order.
Step 4: Fill Out the Order Form
Scroll down to the bottom of the product page and complete the Order Form or send me a letter to alexscholtz.design@gmail.com and provide your contact information, shipping details, and selected product information (product, size, quantity, address, phone number, name.).
Step 5: Receive Your Invoice
After submitting the order form, we will review your request and send you an invoice via email. This will contain all the necessary details for completing your payment, including our bank transfer information.
Step 6: Make Your Payment
To confirm your order, please complete the payment by bank transfer using the invoice details. Be sure to include the invoice number as a reference when making the transfer to ensure your payment is processed correctly.
Step 7: Production & Delivery
Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll begin producing your custom item. Our production process takes approximately 2 weeks. After your order is completed, we’ll ship your item and send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
